Subscribed on iOS? You're already in.
If you bought Pro on the iOS app, signing in on the web with the same account unlocks the web experience automatically. No new charge, no double billing. Entitlements live at the account, not the platform.
If you subscribe on the web, your iOS app honors it the same way. We don't sell device-locked plans, and the iOS subscription path remains available - buy whichever is more convenient.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Switching to annual applies the annual rate immediately; switching back to monthly takes effect at the end of your annual term.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. International cards are supported via our global payments provider.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Both monthly and annual include a 7-day free trial — full Pro access, cancel any time during the trial and you're not charged. Free tier (3 questions per day, full citation library, Fast mode) stays available if you don't want to add a card at all.
Can I get a receipt for reimbursement?
Yes. Pro subscribers can download a CME / reimbursement-ready receipt from settings at any time. Annual subscribers get a single annual receipt.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel during the 7-day trial, Pro access ends right away and no charge is made. If you cancel a paid subscription, you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period, then drop to Free. Your history stays with your account either way.
I'm not in the U.S. - what currency am I billed in?
Local currency where supported, otherwise USD. Prices are displayed in your local currency on the checkout page before you confirm.

Medical AI is an information and reference tool intended for educational use only. The answers it returns are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified doctor or healthcare professional with any question concerning a medical condition.
02 Professional use
Medical AI is designed for use by practicing clinicians. It is not intended for direct patient use and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. Apply your own training and current guidelines to every decision an answer informs.
03 Privacy and data
We do not collect, store, or process personally identifiable patient information (PHI or PII). Do not enter names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, or any other patient identifiers into the composer.
04 Information currency
Medical knowledge evolves rapidly. Citations carry their publication date, so consult the primary source and the most recent clinical guideline before acting on anything material.
