Web billing and trial terms

These terms apply to purchases on medicalaiapp.com. App Store purchases follow the terms shown in the iOS app and Apple's billing rules.

Your web offer

3 days free, then $29/month or $180/year, plus applicable taxes. Payment details required. Cancelling the trial ends access immediately.

Eligible new customers receive one 3-day free trial across the monthly and annual web plans. Sign in with a verified email and provide a valid payment method. The trial begins after successful payment-method setup. Your confirmation and account settings show the billing deadline.

Unless you cancel before that deadline, your payment method is automatically charged $29 for the monthly plan or $180 in full for the annual plan, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. Your subscription then renews at that interval until cancelled.

Cancel in Settings → Account → Manage subscription. Cancelling during the trial immediately ends Pro access and prevents the first charge. This trial offer does not include a 7-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not eligible for another trial, checkout clearly shows an immediate paid subscription offer before you confirm.

After a paid charge

Cancellation stops future renewal and retains Pro access until the end of the paid period. Your chat history stays with your account. Failed charges may suspend Pro access.

Earlier offers and refund requests

We honor trial and guarantee terms included with your original checkout, even if the offer changes later. For a billing problem or refund review, use Manage subscription or contact support with your checkout email and receipt. Applicable statutory rights continue to apply.
